An indictment for creating a criminal organisation, attempted aggravated murder of Radojica Zekovic and the illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials has been issued against Stevan Stamatovic from Podgorica and other five people, Pobjeda learns from several sources close to the investigation.
As confirmed by reliable sources, the indictment was sent to the High Court for confirmation. The court will decide whether to accept it, return for completing or reject it.
The indictment clearly defines the roles of the defendants, their connection and acts.
The Prosecutor’s Office suspects Stamatovic of creating a criminal group for the commission of several criminal offenses. However, it is not known if anybody helped him.
A red Interpol’s notice was issued against Stamatovic in July. According to police information, he stayed for some time in Serbia.
Prosecutor’s Office suspects that the members of Stamatovic’s group are Milan Lesjak, Dejan Deletic, Djordjije Bozovic and Stefan Balevic.
