Kadija and Micunovic won’t resign

The tensions caused by the Public Broadcaster’s management when they announced at the last session of the RTCG Council that the media outlet ranked second in the ratings, instead of being at the bottom of the list, have not been eased. The member of that body, Mimo Draskovic, demanded the management’s resignations yesterday.

Draskovic demands that director general Andrijana Kadija and the TVCG director Vladan Micunovic resign. However, the two of them told Pobjeda they would not do so because they did not intend to manipulate and deceive the public, pointing out that the mistake had been admitted and that they had apologised.

Draskovic, however, believes that it was not a mistake but a deception attempt.

“On the occasion of unprecedented presenting of an untrue survey on ratings, which was even imprecisely attributed to IPSOS and Telekom, I require director general Andrijana Kadija, TVCG director Vladan Micunovic and other members of the management responsible for causing damage and tarnishing RTCG reputation to resign,” Draskovic wrote in a letter to Pobjeda.
