Banking ombudsman Halil Kalac replied yesterday to the response given by the Association of Bank’s steering committee chair Esad Zaimovic. Kalac clearly said that Pobjeda had accurately reported his statement that “there are opinions that banks charge loan processing fee twice”.
Kalac says in his letter he will press charges with a competent court for defending his business reputation and authority.
