Three months after elections, Cetinje has got its mayor. It’s Aleksandar Kascelan, who was supported by the DPS presidency last night.
Thus CdM’s report that Kascelan was the most likely candidate to succeed Aleksandar Bogdanovic was confirmed.
CdM also learns that Kascelan is acceptable for the Socialdemocrats (SD).
There were five mayor candidates: the chairman of Cetinje DPS Committee Jovan Martinovic, former deputy mayor and MP Momcilo Moso Martinovic, the director of Montenegro Bonus Aleksandar Kascelan, director of Water and Sewerage Milos Raznatovic and councillor Borislav Pravilovic.
Kascelan has been the director of Montenegro Bonus since 2007, and before that he was a commercial director. He was also DPS councillor in the Cetinje City Council.
