Bojic is to be questioned by the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office, as a suspect, dailies Pobjeda and Vijesti reported.
The attorney told the media that he had received the invitation, but he did not know why he was summoned.
“I have been summoned to give testimony as a suspect for the criminal offense violation of the confidentiality of the proceedings,” Bojic said for Pobjeda.
Referring to unofficial information, Vijesti daily carried that Special Prosecutor’s Office charged Bojic for disclosing an official secret related to cases TQ Plaza and constructing the concert plateau at the beach of Jaz.
In those cases, former President of the Municipality of Budva Rajko Kuljaca has been granted the status of a cooperative witness and Bojic was attorney of former President of the Municipality of Budva Lazar Radjenovic and Municipal Manager Milena Marovic-Bogdanovic.
