Kaufmann apologized. Will PM Krivokapić do the same?

Christian Democratic Union (CDU) MP in the German Bundestag, Mr Stefan Kaufmann, congratulated the controversial Day of Republika Srpska, which CdM already published. The public broadcaster of this Bosnia’s entity reported on this as well. Following sharp reactions of the public in Bosnia, Mr Kaufmann apologized on Twitter, justifying that he didn’t know about the negative associations of this date.

Mr Stefan Kaufmann is a member of the Bundestag for Stuttgart and is an ally of Ms Angela Merkel.

Is the Montenegrin PM, Mr Zdravko Krivokapić, likely to do the same, following the example of Mr Kaufmann?

The CdM portal has published that PM Krivokapić called yestreday the President of Republika Srpska, Ms Željka Cvijanović, and congratulated her on the Day of Republika Srpska, failing to inform the public that he did it as an official.

Following CdM’s announcement, ex-state secretary in Montenegro’s Ministry of Human and Minority Rights, Mr Aleksandar Saša Zeković, reacted and assessed that the Prime Minister had made a serious mistake, urging him to apologize to the peoples of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
