“We will work together on dealing with climate changes, suppression of terrorism, construction of even wider academic community and scientific cooperation. We will improve our trade relations, not just with Union, but also with Montenegro and other countries in the region”, Ms Kemp said.

She said that UK-Montenegro partnership wasn’t just necessary, but it was also very natural.

“Due to both geographical and political facts. Tomorrow British Isles will be right where they are today”, said Ms Kemp.

She stressed that although the UK was leaving the EU, it wasn’t going to abandon Europe or Montenegro.

“I am very proud of the British contribution to the EU and I am looking forward to the new and positive relations with Montenegro and entire Europe”, concluded Ms Kemp.
