Kosovo does not have such a good and trustworthy friend like Montenegro, Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj said at a meeting with Montenegrin Prime Minister Dusko Markovic.
Markovic said that Montenegro wants to support Kosovo on its path to European and Euro-Atlantic integration.

He emphasised that at today’s meeting with PM Haradinaj, they discussed ways for good interstate and neighbourly relations to be improved by good economic cooperation.
The PM expressed his gratitude to his counterpart for his support and understanding of the position of the Montenegrin community in Kosovo.

Markovic said that Montenegro has no problems with Kosovo and expressed the belief that open issues will be resolved in a quality manner.
“We have some open issues. Today, we also discussed these open issues, and I believe that in the time that follows, we will find a good way to address them,” Markovic said.

Haradinaj expressed his belief that the relations between Montenegro and Kosovo will be an example of good relations in the region.
He confirmed that there was a discussion on the topic of demarcation and pointed out that there was a good will to find a solution for the current situation.
