MK Group, owned by the businessman Miodrag Kostić, is still interested to become the majority owner of the hotel group Budva Riviera. Now we’re waiting to see when the Government of Montenegro will make a decision to lodge tender for its privatization, said Nikola Avram, C.E.O. of the hotel industry within the MK Group.
As he says, plans of the MK Group regarding Budva Riviera are huge and, if these plans work out, it will place Budva on the map of world tourism.
“We want to bring the services in the hotel to a level of four and five stars, and to make Budva “hot spot” of Montenegrin tourism , together with some world brands. We would keep the individual brand and we would develop the other part of the company with some of the leading hotel chains in the world”, said Avram.
Our country plans to privatize Budva Riviera. MK Group, one of the leading holding companies in Serbia, is open for the investments in the whole region.
