During the six days of February, the outgoing Government of Montenegro has already paid €120,000 in aid from the budget reserve. The funds were paid out without any criteria, with discretionary decision-making. Most of the money was paid to individuals, indicating that it was help to improve their financial situation or treatment. However, Krivokapic and his outgoing “apostles-experts” donated the most money to the Church of Serbia’s Diocese of Budimlje and Niksic and its close Miholjski Zbor NGO.
“The commission for the distribution of part of the budget reserve spent less than half of the budget for this year in less than a week, as it was initially determined. The General Secretariat asked for an additional €300,000 last week, but we do not know whether that conclusion was adopted”, the Alternative Institute has stated.
