PM Zdravko Krivokapic will not accept the proposal that the leader of the Movement for Changes, Nebojsa Medojevic, be the Deputy Prime Minister in charge of coordinating the security sector instead of Dritan Abazovic, Pobjeda has learned.
Several Pobjeda’s sources from the parliamentary majority have said that Krivokapic stated at the meeting with the leaders of the parliamentary majority that he still supported his initial proposal – that he personally choose DPMs and ministers from several candidates.
“Krivokapic did not mention specific names in the draft he presented to the parliamentary majority, but he said that his initial proposal was implied – that Dritan Abazovic be the first DPM. This practically means that Medojevic cannot count on the DPM position”, says Pobjeda’s source from the top of the parliamentary majority.
Medojevic was nominated for the position of security sector coordinator by the deputy leader of the Movement for Changes, Branko Radulovic, at the meeting with Krivokapic.
According to Pobjeda, Medojevic is completely unacceptable to Krivokapic as his first associate.
