Novak Laketic, a courier and driver of the Secretariat-General of the Government of Montenegro, was sacked yesterday for publicly expressing his political beliefs, claiming that it happened because of his pro-Montenegrin and anti-fascist views.
The decision on his dismissal was signed by the Secretary-General of the Government, Zana Prascevic Milacic. Mr Laketic said yesterday that he had always been performing his tasks in a timely manner and no one ever complained about his work. He has already engaged a lawyer and plans to inform the public in detail about his case today.
