New Freedom of Religion Law contains parts from explanatory notes of the European Court for Human Rights’ verdicts, and is irrefutable, the Minister of Justice and Human and Minority Rights, Vladimir Leposavić, told Dan daily.
Mr Leposavić stated this after hearing that MPs of the ‘Black on White’ bloc had urged the Constitutional Court to determine whether some articles of the religion law were aligned with confirmed and published international agreements.
Everybody, according to him, has the right to propose or initiate the procedure for an assessment of constitutionality and legality of general acts
