Andjelka Bojovic (66), mother of Luka Bojovic was expelled yesterday from Montenegro because she did not register her stay, Police Directorate told Pobjeda. She is also accused of illegal possession of weapons.
Andjelka Bojovic was arrested on Wednesday along with Matija Bojovic (35), who has been remanded in up to 30 days in prison.
They are being charged with keeping Ratko Koljensic’s house in Niksic and taking photo of it. Serbian authorities suspect Koljensic of the murder of her son, Nikola Bojovic, in Belgrade in 2013.
Both pleaded not guilty.
They claim that they came to Montenegro “exclusively for the renovation of their family house in Zabljak”.
Investigators seized their camera and found photos of the doors, windows, balconies of Koljensic’s house and his car.
