A 30-year-old man from Herceg-Novi, J.V., died in a single car-crash in Kotor (on the old road Risan-Grahovo) at around 4:00 a.m, CdM learns.
As reported by the Operational-Communication Center (OKC), for an unknown reason, the driver (J.V.) lost control of the vehicle (Volkswagen Passat) and died after crashing.
