Marković visited Holiday Villages Montenegro complex in Ulcinj

President of the Government of Montenegro, Mr Duško Marković visited “Holidays Villages Montenegro”, tourist complex in Ulcinj which was opened a year ago.

Mr Marković congratulated the management of the complex on the new facilities and 80% occupancy in pre-season.

“That indicates that this tourist season is going to be very successful, just like the previous two”, said Mr Marković.

Representatives of the management of the new hotel and tourist complex built on the foundations of the former Belvi and Olympic hotels briefed the PM on the activities they undertook and said they were very satisfied with the business in Montenegro.

Mr Marković visited the new part of the complex, opened only a month ago and consisting of 96 luxurious apartments, two pools, one for the adults and the other for children.

Almost two years ago, “Holiday Villages Montenegro” leased part of “Ulcinj Riviera” hotel group by signing the contract that includes €30 million-worth investment for the purposes of the adaptation of hotels and creation of new tourist amenities.

On 28 March 2019, the Government of Montenegro granted the request of the company for taking out first-class mortgage on the facilities under construction in order that they can build a new facility.
