Their replacements are Saša Radović, former director of National Touristic Organization, and Draško Krivokapić, president of Budva’s Social-Democrats.
“In accordance with the articles from the Law on Economic Societies, mandates of members of the board of the directors have expired, and new ones were chosen during yesterday’s regular yearly shareholders assembly. New members are Saša Radović, Draško Krivokapić (representatives of the Government), Ratko Vukotić (representative of the Fund for Pension Insurance), Dragan Prelević and Branko Popović (representatives of Stratex Group)”, it was stated after the session.
On the 14th regular yearly session of shareholders of Budva Riviera, financial reports from 2015 were discussed and passed, along with the report of independent supervisor.
“It was found that 2015 was one of the most successful business years with a positive financial result of 550 thousand EUR in revenues, which is 16% more than in 2014. This good results continues to put hotel group Budva Riviera as a significant brand on the touristic market. Constant work on increasing the quality of the offer and implementing European standard values in environment protection will be continued”, it was stated in Budva Riviera. It was decided that a supervisor for 2016 would be a company Eurovev from Podgorica.
