The Marshall Plan presentation has confirmed the CdM’s reporting on the fact that it leads to higher taxes, excise duties, as well as that a new borrowing is planned.
It’s recalled that CdM reported on 19 October that the Ministry of Finance and Social Welfare will try to compensate for the shortfalls relating to the budget revenues and expenditures by progressive taxation, increasing excise duties on certain products and increasing dividend taxes. Experts doubt that all these measures will be enough to make up for the missing funds, so new borrowing is being mentioned more and more often.
All this has been confirmed by Minister of Finance and Social Welfare Milojko Spajic in the Marshall Plan.
