Mihail Kot has already made inquires about the cost of writing and publishing articles against Đukanović. He has made contact with the editor of portal IN4S Gojko Raičević and a coordinator from a so called peace movement “Against war, against NATO” Igor Damjanović. He told them that he already has an ”investor” for this campaign, because he was contacted by their ”mutual friend”, who would give a certain amount of money to this purpose.
Gentleman from Moscow has also insisted that the campaign against Đukanović is joined by other journalists and media in Montenegro, so the negative propaganda about Montenegrin Prime Minister would be distributed as wide as possible.
The man who initiated this campaign, Mihail Kot, told his collaborators that the mysterious ”mutual friend” told him that ”on January 25th there will be a vote of confidence to Đukanović, so that they have time but need to prepare the campaign until Monday, to focus people in the right way before the vote”.
According to the source of weekend edition of Dnevne Novine daily, Raičević and Damjanović supported this idea and are prepared to get personally involved in it. They suggested that the articles are published on portal IN4S, from where other media could get them. The partner from Russia, however, was not satisfied with this solution, and he requested that more journalist and media get involved, so the articles would have bigger coverage.
Finally, they reached the plan to publish articles on portals IN4S and Disput, from where they would be spread by daily newspaper Dan, which was, as they said, ”a case in earlier situations”. Damjanović guaranteed that in this way by Monday at least 8, and maybe even all 20 articles, would be published. These are texts concerning economic and social situation in Montenegro.
They moved on then to arranging fees. For 10 published articles Kot would pay 500 EUR, and if there were 20 in the end, they would get a bonus of 1.500 EUR. All of the published articles are to be sent to Mihail Kot, because this is the request of the investor of the campaign.
The source of weekend edition of Dnevne Novine daily says that Mihail Kot has made earlier contacts with representatives of political parties and NGO’s that are fighting against Montenegro’s integration in NATO. He did this in order to collect current information about Montenegro.
He talked with Vladimir Božović, Strahinja Bulajić, Marko Milačić and Ognjen Jovović, among others. Kot organized a round table in Moscow, in the end of October last year, with a subject ”Montenegro’s neutrality and it’s position outside blocks”.
Member of the movement “Against war, against NATO” Igor Damjanović has recently given an interview to a Russian journalist, according to the source. He told her then that at the protests on January 25th there would be several thousand people, and if the Government gets the vote of confidence, several of opposition parties would join.
He told the Russian journalist that there are many possible scenarios, and that he expects that during the vote of confidence we will see “political corruption and influence of USA Embassy, which controls some parties such as SDP and Positive Montenegro, and possibly others”.
