If indictment is confirmed, the Special Prosecutor’s Office (SDT) will suggest that the court proceedings in the case against Nebojsa Medojevic and other persons suspected of creating criminal organisation and money laundering are publically broadcasted, SDT spokesperson Sanja Jovicevic said.
Jovicevic called to mind that the indictment against 12 persons was issued in this case and submitted to Podgorica High Court.
She said she hoped the legality of the indictment would be assessed within the legal deadline.
Jovicevic added that the SDT opened a Twitter account in order to additionally contribute to transparency of its work.
