More than 200 foreign delegations from Europe and the world participate at the congress.
On the eve of the Congress, at the international conference organised by SPD, Milan Rocen thanked the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany, Frank-Walter Steinmeier on the help and support of the Euro-Atlantic path of Montenegro.
“Steinmeier congratulated Montenegro on receiving invitation to begin accession talks for NATO membership and said that Montenegro had the full support of his country on the road to the Alliance and the EU”, DPS announced.
As they added, in their conversation with Rocen many other participants of the congress congratulated on Montenegro’s invitation.
