President of Montenegro Jakov Milatovic believes that, without additional reforms in administration and education, meaningful development policies based on organized planning documentation and an improved investment environment, long-term sustainable economic development, bringing with it an increase in salaries and pensions, is questionable.
“Everything else represents political marketing and economic populism, which could result in a decrease in the competitiveness of our economy, along with an increase in public debt, which unfortunately we see happening and which requires additional attention”, says Milatovic in an interview for Dan.
He emphasizes that starting the investment cycle in infrastructure is necessary.
