President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatovic, posted on X he had talks with the President of France, Emmanuel Macron, over the past two days, announcing that Montenegro would close all five negotiation chapters at the forthcoming Intergovernmental Conference.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Milojko Spajic also spoke with France’s President Macron and informed the public that Montenegro had been given the green light to close planned five negotiation chapters.
