The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, run by Vesna Bratic, made their last October payment to prominent Montenegrin cultural creators, the CdM portal has learned.
Nevertheless, they didn’t receive a penny for November, whereas December is about to end.
According to the information of CdM, the ministry still hasn’t signed a payment order so that the Ministry of Finance can finally arrange due payments.
It seems like Minister Bratic thus violates the Culture Law and punishes a “disobedient” cultural elite for reasons known only to her, and many would say – because they resist the ‘Serbian World’.
We may only guess what’s behind this lack of action or maybe we shouldn’t.
