Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, Mr Aleksandar Stijović, visited the Carević farm, owned by Mr Marko Carević, current Mayor of the Municipality of Budva. The farm is located in the village Krimovica and has cows, sheep, cattle, pigs as well as horses and olive groves, it was posted on Facebook page of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management.

It was noted that the farm has been producing various products that are sold to many hospitality facilities across the country.

“Mr Stijović discussed with Mr Carević his plans for processing meat and dairy products, while the cheese factory already exists. It’s an extremely well-kept farm with a complete domestic production process, and possesses its own veterinary service, which is a good example for other farms,” it was noted in a Facebook post.

Recall, in the beginning of last year, the Network for Affirmation of NGO Sector, MANS, filed a criminal charge against Mr Carević to the Special State Prosecutor’s Office, blaming Mr Carević for misusing the office, i.e. they claimed that he had usurped state-owned land in Krimovica.
