Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro Srdjan Darmanovic and the President of the Montenegrin Academy of Sciences (CANU) and Arts Dragan K. Vukcevic signed the agreement on cooperation between the two institutions today.
According to the ministry, the agreement established a common interest for lasting cooperation that will be carried out through various activities such as holding joint scientific meetings, round tables and discussions, promotion of joint lexicographic and other editions.
“The priority activities are holding of the round table Montenegrin Diplomacy (history and modern time) and the drafting of the Montenegrin Foreign Ministry’s lexicon,” they add.
The implementation of the agreement will be monitored by a four-member Coordination Committee. The ministry and CANU will have two members of the committee each.
