The government adopted this now-controversial decision at the Assembly meeting held on December 27th 2012.
“The Syrian national coalition of revolutionary and opposition forces is recognized as the legitimate representative of the Syrian people. Government of Montenegro expresses its full support to efforts towards democratic transition, respect for human rights and the establishment of lasting peace in Syria, in accordance with the wishes of the Syrian people. In this regard, the Government will also continue to support the efforts of the international community and the common representative of the United Nations and the League of Arab States, in order to find a political solution to the crisis in Syria”, reads the document submitted to the Government by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration.
At the same meeting, the conclusion which states that the aforementioned draft decision is adopted was also passed. Neither the decision nor the conclusion of the Government, which made its adoption official, have no explanation.
This document, which entered into force upon its adoption, was yesterday posted by sociologist Bojan Baca on his Facebook page.
“Thanks to the Government of Montenegro – ISIL”, Baca briefly commented.
Numerous video clips prove the scale of crimes committed by members of ISIL. In one of them, an extremist of the Islamic state claims the executed by decapitation a total of 21 Kurdish fighters who were imprisoned in cages.
Also, only a few hours after the family of British aid worker David Haynes (44), who was captured by ISIL, pleaded the hijackers to contact them, a video clip of members of this extremist organization appeared on the internet, in which they are beheading him.
Last year, 11 Iraqi police officers were admitted to hospital in Balad because terrorists of the Islamic State attacked with chemical weapon – chlorine gas. It was the first confirmed case ISIL used chemical weapons in the fighting.
The Islamic state earlier announced some shocking photographs as well, showing their fighters throwing one person from the roof and stoning him to death.
In a variety of videos, one shows ISIL fighters shattering rocks and destroying statues of the ancient Assyrian city of Nimrud, finishing the deed by blowing up the whole complex with bombs, turning it to dust.
