Montenegro should keep implementing reforms

Montenegro should keep on devoting great efforts to implement reforms in order to keep the positive dynamics in the EU accession process. This was the joint conclusion drawn at the separate meetings in Belgrade, held between Andrija Nikolić, President of the Board for International Relations and Expatriates and the ambassadors of the Kingdom of Denmark, Anders Hougaard, and Kingdom of Belgium, Leo D’aes.

Expressing his gratitude for the support Belgium and Denmark gave to Montenegro in the NATO alliance accession process, Nikolić said that our country counted on the even stronger support of Copenhagen and Brussels in overcoming the remaining challenges.

Nikolić added that Montenegro sees the negotiation as a two-way process, where partners talk about all the open questions, and exchange the arguments, all with the aim of finding ways to overcome all challenges.
