The State Audit Institution (DRI) has given conditional opinion on the alignment of the Civic Initiative’s operations conducted in 2016 with existing regulations, whereas the same party was given positive opinion on the annual financial report.
The auditor’s report says the conditional opinion was given due to the fact that the contract for services referring to the use of a cistern for water transportation, which generated a revenue for the Civic Initiative amounting to €3,400, lacked signature and verification.
DRI auditors also added the Civic Initiative calculated tax liabilities (in the amount of €465,55) on reimbursement payment to an individual (in the amount of €6,026), but it failed to settle its own tax liability in 2016 and paid it in 2017.
Profit and loss accounts set out the revenues in the amount of €50,440, expenditures – €30,563 and financial result (revenue surplus over costs) amounts to €19,877.
