NEPI company said that it hadn’t bought Delta City shopping mall in Podgorica or the same shopping mall in Belgrade.
Pobjeda published that NEPI had bought Delta city shopping malls in Podgorica and Belgrade.
“Since we were asked about the alleged purchase of Delta City shopping malls in Podgorica and Belgrade, we’d like to share some information about that. NEPI Rockastle company didn’t buy or take over any of the mentioned shopping malls. The information published by some media is wrong”, the statement said.
The two shopping malls were bought from Mr Miroslav Mišković in 2016 by the then Hiprop investment South African investment fund.
