Net profit of Jugopetrol rose 13 percent

 

According to a report published on the Montenegro Stock Exchange, operating incomes of the company fell 17.3 percent to 112.82 million euros and expenses 19 percent, to 106.1 million euros. The largest share of expenditure, or 94 million, relates to the purchase cost of goods sold, reports Mina-business.

 

Total assets of Jugopetrol, a company in business of trading in oil and oil products, at the end of September amounted to 106 million euros and were 2.8 percent higher than in the comparative period.

 

Retained profit of the company amounted to 15.47 million, long-term liabilities and provisions 548.36 thousand, and short-term obligations 13.76 million.

 

Deferred tax liabilities amounted to 60.78 thousand euros.

 

The majority owner of Jugopetrol at the end of 2002 was Greek Hellenic Petroleum International, which owns 54.35 percent of shares of the company.

 

A significant proportion of it is hidden behind the HB collective custody account no. 1, or 9.68 percent, the Trend fund owns around six percent, while the owner of another four percent of shares is hidden behind the HB collective custody account no. 3.

 

Last Ernest Bader has 2.93 percent, the CK collective custody account no. 1 hides the owner of 1.47 percent of shares, while Radoslav Tomic has about 1.26 percent of the shares.

 

Other owners have less than a one percent stake in Jugopetrol.
