There were no bidders for purchasing the property of the Podgorica-based Radoje Dakic factory at an initial price €66.5m.
The bankruptcy trustee Mladen Markovic told the Commercial Court that the sale was unsuccessful.
“The standard procedure is to follow, ie the announcement of a new ad, after the Court of Appeal decides on the received complaints,” Markovic said.
