Vanessa Williams, an actress, singer and the first African-American Miss America has arrived in Montenegro today. According to her Instagram post, she enjoyed rose wine in a luxurious restaurant in Morinj.
Kurir newspaper’s paparazzi caught the actress in the afternoon lunch with her brother Chris Williams and some friends.
Vanessa chose to taste the fish specialties and wine. She particularly prized waiters for their excellent service.
The actress will stay on the coast for a few days and tour as many sites as possible. Today she visited Porto Montenegro.
According to Kurir’s source, she had almost no make-up in the restaurant and looked great. She was happy and positive during the dinner.
Vanessa’s visit to Montenegro differs from other celebrities’ staying during which their bodyguards were constantly with them.
Vanessa initially gained recognition as the first African-American recipient of the Miss America title when she was crowned Miss America 1984 in 1983. However, a scandal arose the following year when, a few weeks prior to the end of her reign, Williams learned that Penthouse magazine would be publishing unauthorized nude photographs of her in an upcoming issue. Amid growing media controversy and scrutiny, Williams resigned as Miss America in July 1984.
She has four children, three from her marriage with Ramon Hervey and a daughter Sasha from her marriage with Rick Fox.
