Account of the Municipality of Ulcinj was re-activated yesterday morning after Ministry of Finance paid €150.000 to local administration, bringing financial blockage of the municipality to an end, said the first man of this Municipality, Mr Ljoro Nrekić.
“The blockage was caused by the dispute that dates back to four decades ago. We sent a note to the National Coordination Body and suggested decision on the delay of levies of execution in all municipalities”, Mr Nrekić said.
There are no revenues in the budget but they expect them, he says.
“We will be forced to ask the Government to help us”, Mr Nrekić says.
He says that epidemic situation in Ulcinj is stable.
“Residents adhere to the measures fully. There has been a while since the number of infected persons in Ulcinj hasn’t gone up. That is reason enough to be optimistic but also careful”, Mr Nrekić said.
