In a year, prices of products and services in Montenegro increased by an average of 4.4%, and the largest increases were registered for edible oils and fuel, according to new data from the MONSTAT Statistical Office.
Namely, oil prices rose by as much as 36.6% in a year, while fuel prices rose by 30.8%.
According to the official statistical index, consumer prices rose by 0.3% on average in November compared to October.
The continuation of inflation on a monthly basis this time was mostly influenced by the prices of fuel, milk, cheese and eggs, followed by bread and cereals, meat, clothing, solid fuels and edible oils.
Also, for the first 11 months of this year, compared to the same period in 2020, prices increased by an average of 2.2%.
