Police in Podgorica have arrested G.J. (49) from Kolašin, staying in Podgorica, who is charged with offending President of Montenegro, Mr Milo Đukanović and celebratory gunfire.
Police said today that G.J. had violated the Law on Public Order and peace and the Law on Weapons.
The police acted upon a video recording.
