Montenegro and Luxembourg are the only NATO members that have not yet offered assistance to Ukraine in the war with Russia, Pobjeda reports.
Last Thursday, after 5am, the Russian attack on Ukraine began. Hundreds of victims have been reported so far in the military operation ordered by Russian President Vladimir Putin. Attacks on Ukrainian cities continue day and night, and Ukraine, despite significantly lower military strength, is trying to deter Russian attacks.
Although Putin warned against interfering in the conflict, NATO members have decided to help Kiev in a war that threatens to escalate into the biggest humanitarian crisis since World War II.
However, Montenegro has decided not to follow the example of its allies, but, as NATO announced, for now, along with Luxembourg, it is the only country that will not provide assistance to Ukraine.
