Out of 12 ministries, only three – the ministries of defense, internal affairs and health – adhered to the deadline and completed their job schemes, Pobjeda daily has learned. The Ministry of Defense finished it in December, while the remaining two did it in February.
“In accordance with the Decree on Organization and the Manner of Work of State Administration that the current Government adopted on its first session, held on 7 December 2020, all ministries shall adopt their job schemes within 30 days, that is, until 6 January 2021,” Pobjeda’s source close to the government says.
However, even though they didn’t do their job schemes, the government still delegated their staff in key positions in the government, dismissing almost all managing directors in state bodies.
The aforementioned decree, according to Pobjeda, has been amended for several times already in only two months, which tells not only about the government’s inconsistency in matters regarding the organization of work of state administration, but about their quick moves aiming to dismiss managers whose tenure has been ongoing.
