Opposition MP’s urged that constitutional review of decisions be made

All 40 opposition members of the Montenegrin Parliament yesterday called on the Constitutional Court to review the Decisions on the amendments to the Parliament’s Rules of Procedure, the appointment of nine members of the State Election Commission(DIK), and on the establishment of a committee for a comprehensive reform of electoral legislation, CdM has learned.

“We have submitted the Proposal for the constitutional review of the Decision on the amendments to the Parliament’s Rules of Procedure which was published in the Official Gazette 129/20 and entered into force on 7 January this year.” CdM has learned from the opposition parties.

In addition, submitted was the Proposal for the constitutional review of the Decision on the appointment of nine members of the State Election Commission published in the Official Gazette 129/20, which entered into force on 29 December 2020.

Opposition MP’s submitted to the Constitutional Court the Proposal for the constitutional review of the Decision on the establishment of a committee for a comprehensive reform of electoral legislation that was published in the Official Gazette129/20 and entered into force on 30 December 2020.
