Out of 26 prisoners housed in the C Department of the Administration for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions (UIKS) in Spuz, only two are employed, while two more are expected to start working. The Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms recommends that UIKS make additional efforts to provide work engagement, i.e. alternative programs and activities for all interested prisoners housed in this pavilion.
