The total deposits of individuals and legal entities at the end of last year amounted to €3.38bn, which is €96m (2.78%) less than in 2019, Dan reports.
In the middle of last year, deposits fell by €173m to €3.303bn, according to data from the annual report on the work of the Deposit Protection Fund (FZD).
At the end of 2019, deposits amounted to €3.476bn.
A total of 3,501 depositors have over €100,000 in deposits in banks, of which 1,887 are citizens and 1,614 are legal entities and companies.
