The Uniprom company owner Veselin Pejovic intends to build a residential and business facility in the centre of Podgorica, near the Montenegrin National Theatre in the Stanka Dragojevica street, Dan writes.
A chief state architect has already given his consent to this building’s preliminary design.
Currently, the plot accommodates a ground-floor family building of 141 square metres and an ancillary building covering 34 square metres, whose basis of acquisition was purchasing, according to data from the cadastre. However, the cadastre contains no sale details, considering that the bought property hasn’t been placed as collateral. There is also a backyard of 147 square metres. Uniprom has the right to use the plot.
According to the chief state architect’s consent, Pejovic could construct there a five store facility with one floor basement. The total gross area of the facility may be 1,030 square metres.
