Pejovic returned KAP’s land and took a €6.98m bill of exchange

KAP gains in bankruptcy

Bankruptcy trustee of the KAP aluminium plant returned the €6.98m bill of exchange he had submitted as the means of payment for the Podgorica-based company’s assets. In return Pejovic gave back a part of KAP’s land, the Commercial Court confirmed for Dnevne Novine.

A new annex to the sale and purchase agreement provides for Uniprom to return 233,000 square metres of land to bankruptcy estate.

This is the third annex to the sale and purchase agreement of 2014, concluded by KAP bankruptcy trustee Veselin Perisic with Uniprom owner Veselin Pejovic. Uniprom is returning the land under disputes which the bankruptcy administration failed to solve as a seller.
