The investigation into yesterday’s traffic accident that happened at Obzovica, on the Cetinje-Budva road, is ongoing. On that occasion, a bus of the Papovic Prevoz (Papovic Transport) company ran off the road. Two people died in the bus crash. Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident. Mirko Djurovic, a traffic engineer, points out that the most common cause of traffic accidents in Montenegro is failure to respect the speed limit. He also believes that drivers do not have enough experience.
Djurovic warns that there are too many traffic accidents in this small area.
In the traffic accident that happened yesterday two people died and 22 were injured.
The police arrested the bus driver of the named Niksic-based company.
The cause of the accident is currently unknown, and the prosecutor ordered that blood and urine be taken from the driver for analysis for the presence of alcohol and psychoactive substances.
The driver is currently in the neurosurgery ward of the Clinical Center of Monmtenegro, and is being guarded by the police.
