Russia’s Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-being, Rospotrebnadzor, still hasn’t answered Plantaže’s request for abolishing temporary import of their wine in Russia, said Plantaže export director, Milan Milutinović.

Russian institutions will soon find out Plantaže’s wines are the top-quality ones and therefore we soon expect to have them on Russia’s shelves, according to him.

He said: “Rospotrebnadzor hasn’t answered on our timely submitted request yet, after which Plantaže’s lawyers tried to get more precise information on the matter. As there was no answer, our lawyers filed a complaint to Rospotrebnadzor for non-acting, and we’re still waiting for the answer.”

Plantaže submitted the official request to Rospotrebnadzor in October 2018.
