Last night, Podgorica Election Commission rejected the objections of the Forward Movement to the elections in Podgorica, held on Sunday, 29 September 2024, CdM has learnt unofficially. The Forward Movement submitted complaints to the Podgorica Election Commission last night due to, as they stated, irregularities in Sunday’s elections in Podgorica.
“Two objections from Vuk Kadic’s Forward Movement were partially accepted, so two invalid votes were entered as valid. The Montenegrin European Party (CEP) withdrew its objection”, said the Commission president Vladimir Filipovic for daily Dan.
The Forward Movement categorically rejected all media speculations and attacks by those who ruled Montenegro for 30 years, about their alleged participation in any kind of electoral engineering.
Kadic’s movement lacks 203 votes to enter the Podgorica parliament.
