“I’m that famous ‘throat ripper'”. With these words, Podgorica resident Dragan Vulanović starts a statement for CdM. The director of the Clinical Center of Montenegro (KCCG) Ljiljana Radulović pressed charges against him due to his threats. Mr Vulanović has told CdM that this case occurred due to the negligent attitude of the KCCG employees towards his father, who has been receiving treatment in that institution for 15 days. He gave a statement to the police, and the prosecutor said that there was no criminal offense, but advised him not to “tighten the situation”. Minister of Health Jelena Borovinić Bojović has also been informed about the whole case.
Mr Vulanović says that Ms Radulović received his mother for an interview this morning, who had previously met Minister Borovinić Bojivić at the opening of the Center for Laboratory Tests, and told her everything.
Finally, he stresses that his father ended up traumatized and frightened, and that he experienced Golgotha at that ward.
