The capital, Podgorica, has prepared the decision on establishing ten business zones encompassing 104 urban plots of the total area of 2.027.000 m², writes Dan daily.
The Decision also envisages certain benefits for business zone users – plots can be leased for up to 30 years with an annual rent amounting to 1 cent per square meter, a user can buy the land from another user at an estimated value with max repayment period of 60 months if the Government of Montenegro gives its consent, etc…
According to the Decision, the capital’s business zones allow legal entities to perform affairs in the following fields: wood industry, agriculture – agro-industry, manufacturing, warehousing and cold storage, professional, scientific and technical activities, there might be some central business facilities, catering facilities – accommodation facilities, vehicle supply stations…
Locations for the construction of facilities in a business zone are determined based on the public call announced by a manger or a company that is managing a certain business zone.
