Management of the Capital City is preparing a new project in the value of 20 million EUR, that entails a construction of a boulevard that should connect Petrovac and Cetinje highway, MINA Business learns.
The project that entails a south-western by-pass road is to be implemented with International Financial Corporation IFC that is a part of the World Bank.
Podgorica Mayor Slavoljub Stijepovic should soon sign the letter with WB representatives, as a preparation for the final offer.
The Capital City confirmed that the draft of the project will be finalized soon, as well as negotiations on a credit with IFC.
They said that this project is one of the priorities, in terms of both investment and significance for the city. Such an investment guarantees an encouragement for national commerce.
