Polish citizen Shield Dawid Zbigniew (27), who is charged with causing a large fire on the Drazica hill above the Susanj neighbourhood on 29 August, has been released on bail after he paid €10,000 to the Basic Court in Bar, reports Bar info.
The Basic Court in Bar has ordered a 30-day custody to the Pole on two occasions, citing the possibility of fleeing.
“The Polish citizen is obliged to report to every hearing in the trial. In the case he fails to appear before the court his bail becomes invalid and the money will be paid to the Budget of Montenegro. Zbigniew appeared at the hearing on Friday, which was postponed for December,” confirmed the judge Tamara Spasojevic.

The Polish tourist was arrested over setting a hill on fire while trying to signalise rescue service where he got lost.
He was arrested on suspicion of causing general danger.
The fire that broke out above Vitici neighbourhood in Bar was reported on 24 October. The fire almost reached houses there. Before that, police were informed that the Polish tourist got lost while touring in that area.
He was rescued by Bar hunters Vesko Dabovic, Mijo Adrovic, Dragan and Niko Talic.
